Booking Policy
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Booking is confirmed only after the required payment and written confirmation.
- Customers must provide accurate personal and travel information.
Payments & Pricing
- Prices may vary based on travel date, hotel category, and seasonal demand.
- Taxes and additional service charges may apply.
- Accepted payment modes: Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking & approved payment gateways.
- Failed or incomplete payments will result in automatic cancellation.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- All cancellation requests must be sent via email or through your registered account.
- Cancellation charges vary depending on service provider policies.
- Non-refundable booking amounts, if any, will not be refunded.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–8 working days.
- No refund for no-show, early check-out or unused services.
Changes & Rescheduling
- Changes to travel dates or itinerary are subject to availability & additional charges.
- Any upgrades or amendments requested will be chargeable.
- Itinerary may change due to weather, strikes, or events beyond our control; no refund applicable.
Travel Documents & Responsibilities
- Customers must carry a valid Government ID for hotel check-in.
- Certain destinations may require special permits, chargeable separately.
- We are not responsible for delays or denial of service due to missing or invalid documents.
Hotel Policies
- Standard check-in/check-out times apply; early check-in/late check-out is chargeable.
- Hotel amenities may differ from images shown as they are provided by third-party partners.
- We are not responsible for hotel services, but assistance may be provided if needed.
Tour Packages
- Package inclusions/exclusions will be informed before booking.
- Meals, transport & sightseeing are as per the itinerary only.
- Personal expenses & optional activities are not included.
- We are not liable for delays or losses due to natural disasters, strikes, or force majeure events.
Limitation of Liability
- We act as a booking agent between customers and service providers like hotels & transport companies.
- We are not responsible for injury, loss, delays, or service failures by third-party vendors.
- No compensation claims are applicable for circumstances beyond our control.
User Conduct
- Users must not misuse the website or engage in fraudulent bookings.
- Unlawful or abusive behavior may result in cancellation without refund.
Intellectual Property
